Multi-site rollouts fail in the coordination, not the installation. The cable is the easy part; keeping fourteen sites to one spec is the job.
What you can expect
Every line below is work that happens whether or not somebody is being paid to do it. When it is not scoped, it lands on your facilities manager.
Why it works
A rollout run through local contractors becomes fourteen interpretations of the same drawing. Same spec, same materials, same labeling scheme, same closeout package at every site — so the tenth store looks like the first one when somebody has to service it two years from now.
Ordering, staging and delivery timed to each site’s schedule. Crews that arrive to find the material did not are the single most expensive thing in a multi-site program.
We work with the local facility on access, hours and sequencing, and coordinate with the other trades already in the building. Retail and dealership environments in particular cannot have crews in the way during business hours.
Weekly progress and percent complete, per site, in writing. No calling around to find out whether store eleven happened.
Send drawings, a site list, or a rough idea. We’ll come back with a scope, a bill of materials and a schedule you can hold us to.
